About CFRC Blog

Welcome to the launching of the Custom Fly Rod Crafters' Blog. The intent of this blog is to inform, educate and perhaps even entertain custom fly rod builders around the world. Over the years Custom Fly Rod Crafters hereafter known simply as CFRC has received numerous requests for information and how-to type explanations in custom rod building and this prompted the initiation of our blog.
We are taking requests and we welcome your 'Custom Builds'. Our blog is intended to showcase and share your tips, techniques and your custom rods. We welcome any ideas and input from any fly fishing related products, including blank manufacturers, fly reel makers, jig & tool makers, or any other custom fly rod building information related to our industry.
Don't hesitate to ask questions as this will prompt a post and we will give credit to all inquiries and submitted articles and images.
When you are send images please make sure they are at least 640x640 pixels and not more than 100KB in size. The photos you send are implying use by us and gives us the right to 'fix' any substandard images. Simply attach them to your email and we will reply that we have received them in usable form.
Thank you for reading and participating in the CFRC Blog, and if you have any questions, ideas, or comments please feel free to email us.

Thanks! The rod builders at CFRC.
